How to connect from a Windows PC to a Linux X Windows based application using Xming and Putty.

Printer Use Notes:
1. Double sided printing: Do not use the "Manual Duplex" check box when the Print menu comes up. Instead, when printing select the Properties menu and 2-sided from there.

2. Cycling power at the printer requires a 5 - 10 minute warm up time, so if there are problems, don't make this your first option.

3. This printer was selected in part for it's greener footprint. It uses wax ink blocks instead of powdered toner. No more cartridges to manufacture or ship back for refill, and a much greater percentage of ink goes on the paper rather than to an excess container. Ink cost per page is also cheaper for color, and about the same for black, as compared to powdered toner printers.
